Can I modify an existing order by changing the item or adjusting the number of cards ordered?

No. You can request an order cancellation at store@tangem.com. We will send an order cancellation email once your order has been successfully canceled.
However, we cannot make changes or cancel an order that has already been shipped. We typically ship packages within 24-72 hours of order placement.
