You cannot manage your tokens if you have sent funds to your wallet address on an unsupported network. However, you still own these tokens since you have private keys for the addresses to which they belong. You can see them in your wallet until we support the specific network.
We continuously update and expand the list of assets we support. We also regularly collect user feedback and conduct research to determine how to add assets to the wallet.
Adding network/blockchain support requires time and careful work, including research, development, testing by the QA team, beta testing, and releasing updates. To stay informed about when we add support for the desired network, follow our updates via social networks.
Until we add support for this network, please do not reset your Tangem wallet to factory settings. This is crucial because resetting it will completely delete all wallet addresses stored on the card.
To view and withdraw the amount sent to your Tangem wallet, you will need the specific address to which you transferred the funds.
If you have set up your wallet with a seed phrase, you can use it in another wallet that supports this network to regain access to your funds.
