Why didn’t the money I sent to Tangem Wallet arrive?

For each of the supported blockchains (networks), the Tangem secure chip generates a unique address. Many popular tokens exist on multiple networks, however, so users sometimes confuse addresses and send tokens on one network to an address on another network, making them inaccessible.
